MySpace: A Secret Trick
So all of you who have MySpace, know how it is kind of a pain to always move your mouse to the Previous and Next links to go to your friends other pictures? Well there is a shortcut that I just discovered if you browse using Internet Explorer, you can use ALT + Left arrow to go to the previous picture and < Alt > + < Right arrow > to go to the Next picture.
This isn’t a brand new idea, < Alt > + < Left/Right arrow > has been a way of navigating for quite sometime.
Recall that I said that this only works with Internet Explorer. They have written a way to overrun the keyboard navigation technique in Internet Explorer, but not in Firefox. They have tried to get < ctrl > + < Left/Right arrow key > to work in Firefox instead, but it doesn’t for me.
I have tested this in PC versions of: Internet Explorer 7.0, Firefox 2.0.0.2, and Flock 0.7.9.1. If others want to assist and try different browsers, let me know and I’ll post results.
